Nurse-to- nurse bullying is a huge problem and it seems to be getting worse. One reason bullying has continued to thrive is because we haven’t learned how to address bullying behaviors in our work environment. We often turn the other cheek, using silence as a strategy, thus perpetuating the problem. To do my part to stop the cycle of nurses eating their young, their old, and everything in between, I’ve developed online courses designed to teach nurses how to protect and bully-proof themselves at work.

These online courses are designed to help new and experienced nurses RECOGNIZE bullying behaviors that undermine a culture of safety (not everything is bullying), DEVELOP the skills needed to confront and eliminate disruptive behaviors.

Bottom line: These courses teach you how to stop the bullying. Isn’t it time that we start supporting, nurturing, and celebrating instead of eating each other? These courses can teach you the simple strategies you need to finally stop the cycle of nurse bullying!
